• Orders received Monday through Friday before 11:00 am EST (8:00 am PST) ship that same day. Orders received Monday through Friday after 12:00 pm EST (9:00 am PST) ship the next business day.
• Orders do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or observed holidays.
• Free shipping only applies to packages under 12 lbs.
• This offer is NOT valid on drop-shipped items like ball machines, or backordered shipments.

Total Pickleball offers Priority Mail shipping via USPS to all U.S. addresses, including Puerto Rico and Guam.

• This is the only shipping method available for customers with a military APO/FPO address or shipping to a P.O. Box.
• Orders containing only gift cards will be shipped free using USPS Priority Mail.
• Delivery to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is expected in 1-4 business days once the package departs our warehouse.
• Delivery to military APO/FPO address and Guam may take 3-6 weeks.
• Shipping charges vary according to the weight of the package and delivery destination.
• Orders may be shipped in multiple packages. There will be a separate charge for each shipment, however, there will only be one shipping charge.
• United States Postal Service offers comprehensive tracking on their website. Separate tracking information will be provided once each package has shipped.
