Overview

This textured co-poly offers maximum control on full swings. It will give big hitters the confidence to swing bigger when creating pace. The textured surface puts a tight grip on the ball for added spin. Great as a full set or in a hybrid.

Kirschbaum pre-stretches this string in order to improve tension maintenance and playability duration.

Comments: I'm a pretty big fan of this string. I've hit with it for about 6 hours now, and it is only barely starting to move and hasn't seemed to lose any tension. Produces plenty of spin (if you produce spin) and offers great control.

Comments: I have used this as a cross with multi mains and think it is an excellent poly. TW has it listed as a stiff poly and it does play crisp. TW database also says it holds tension well for a poly and I agree. Mains snap around 10-15 hours but poly last and plays well the entire time. I string it at 48 lbs with multi mains at 52 lbs in very hot weather but will drop tension in the cooler fall and winter seasons. Give it a try if you like firm crisp poly strings. Very good product.

Comments: This string is very impressive. I am a high school tennis player who plays tennis every day for at least and hour or two. It is durable as a wire, and has exceptional touch and power. At the net, the feel was on point during some volley exchanges. I would recommend to string it a little loose (about 2 lbs), just like you would with most poly strings. I used this string on Babolat APD 2014.

Comments: Finally someone cracked the code on ALU Rough. This is basically Lux ALU Rough, but at a much cheaper price. The bite on the ball is great and the durability is impressive. I currently use this as a poly hybrid with Kirsch Pro Line II. Strung at 57/55 lbs in a Head Prestige Microgel MP. Great feel. I definitely recommend this poly for players looking for a cheaper Lux option.

Comments: This is great stuff - more durable than natural gut and similar in playing characteristics. It has a soft and crisp feel. I get a lot of spin out of these. They also fix in place pretty well compared to other synthetics. I like the soft feel. I haven't experienced a better string than this so far.
