Comments: Great string, especially for those of us with sensitive arms. I've played extensively with regular Hyper-G and recently I've also been hitting with Confidential, which is also a great string. However, after a recent bout with tennis elbow, both regular Hyper-G and Confidential were giving me arm pain in my regular racquet, even when strung at a lower tension. Hyper-G Soft feels very similar in response to regular Hyper-G, but I haven't experienced any arm pain while playing. In addition, even though I've been stringing Hyper-G Soft in the 40 pound range, about 8 to 9 pounds less than my usual tension, control and spin have been excellent and tension maintenance has been decent, although the strings do break a bit more quickly. Still, given my elbow pain, this string has really hit the mark and has allowed me to continue playing with no noticeably drop off in performance. Will definitely add to my string rotation even after my elbow fully heals.

Comments: Strung this up in a Prince Textreme Tour 100 310 grams and found it to be acceptable, but not especially noteworthy. It plays like any newer soft co-polyester string. Reminds me of Diadem Solstice Power, but with less spin. Power, spin, control, all acceptable, but also unremarkable. If you like the mushy feel of a multifilament, you may like this. For those who like a more crisp sensation at contact, such as Volkl Cyclone or Ytex Quadro Twist, this string is probably not worth your time. I cut it out after a week of hitting with it, so I can't comment on its durability, but I got six hours out of it without greater than usual tension loss.
