- All court equipment, Stringing Machines, Ball Machines are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer and can ONLY be returned to the manufacturer for warranties, refunds or exchanges.
- All court equipment, Stringing Machines, Ball Machines must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns outside of 30 days will not be accepted.
- Court equipment, Stringing Machines, Ball Machines needing to be returned for any reason will require a Return Authorization (RA) issued by Tennis Warehouse.
- Manufacturer warranties will vary. Please view product details for warranty information.
- Returned product can be subject to a restocking fee plus shipping costs both ways.
- Return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer, as pre-paid return shipping labels are not available for drop shipped items.
- Refunds will take 1-3 weeks, which allows time to verify condition of product returned.
Drop Ship Returns:
- Any drop shipped item (shipped directly from manufacturer) must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original invoice date.
- You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Tennis Warehouse. Please email machines@tennis-warehouse.com with your return request.
- Any restocking fees and return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.
- Return shipping labels are not provided for drop shipped items.
- Drop shipped items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging.

Comments: Five stars. Hands down. I was a bit skeptical given how pricey this is, especially with many cheaper alternatives are popping up, but if you want a machine that lasts and want to support an incredible company with unbelievable customer service, then look no further. Reason one is customer service. The Tennis Tutor Plus runs as smoothly as a spring bunny and I've not been disappointed. So many products are made to be disposable, but these things are built to run for life, and I love how easy this company makes it for you to repair or modify after you've bought it, instead of trying to upsell you to buy a another model. But don't take my word for this, SportsTutor, parent company of TennisTutor, is pretty famous for how amazing their customer service is. You call them and you will get a friendly and knowledgeable US-based person who will help you fix the issue. Reason two is the product. The product is versatile and easy to use. One tip, if you live in an apartment, I'd consider getting the external battery-pack option as then you won't need to carry the entire unit around to charge it. You can modify pace, spin, loft and the feeds are consistent. The battery lasts enough for three to four practice sessions. Not sure what more you can ask! Reason three is customer service. Because seriously, these guys are incredible. If price is the only thing preventing you, they also sell used machines on their site at a discount. In short, highly recommend!

Comments: For the most part I like the machine. I don't have a remote on mine. It is the basic model. Unfortunately, it malfunctioned and stopped delivering the ball. Tennis Warehouse was great and sent it back to Tennis Tutor for me. I have the machine back now and I used it for the first time since the repair. Great fun, however it appears to have the same speed delivery no mater what the dial is on. I will double check that today.

Comments: Not a good product. The battery only lasts for maybe 1 hour and the machine is always being repaired. I would not recommend this machine.
