Comments: I have been playing the V-Pro 17 for 2 years now. Great durability, tension holds. Use it in a Becker NYC racquet at 54 lbs. I play 3-4 times a week and this last me at least 8-10 weeks. Medium powered stings with great spin, compares to my other NYC set up with Tourna big hitter black 7 sided sting, always lands deep in the back court when hitting hard. Great value at this price.

Comments: Great co-Poly string! I was addicted to the old V-Pro and very disappointed when Volkl discontinued it. Looking for a replacement, I tried almost every string out there and never getting the feel I wanted. Then my dreams came true and the V- Pro blue was released and it is better than ever. Great tension hold after initial 10% tension loss. I get about 8-10 hours out of each string job. I experience control, feel and power helping my RF 97 do it's job pounding serves and ripping winners. Love it!!

Comments: Wow! This 17 gauge blue string impressed the hell out of me! Both price and playability. For my setup, I hit with a low powered heavier player frame for comfort reasons and my racquet is on the muted side with a tighter string pattern. I was hoping to achieve better feel, spin, power and completely wrote durability off the list since it's a thin 1.23 guage string. What I got from this string was a check box in all the key areas I was seeking, plus durability! And yet did not lack control. I'm achieving more spin from this one which had me laughing because I've played with many shaped polys. The balls I'm hitting are heavier than ever and my new favorite weapon is the drop shot. I strung my racquet at 52 lbs, and there was normal tension loss at the beginning and once it settled it held excellent tension. In the past, I've found that any gauge lower than 1.25 (poly) doesn't last for me, either the playability/feel dies early or it breaks in 2 weeks. This string was no 2 hour dream, I'm now on week 3.5 and it feels the same as week 1. I'll be using this string in an upcoming tournament and all I can say is reel please?! Give this one a try for $7 and get addicted like me.
