Plush cushioning, speedy, and a glove-like fit. This 4th edition features a new insole for extra plushness and moisture absorption.

Known for its speedy-feel and superb comfort the Diadora Speed Blushield Fly 4 has been updated with Diadora's DNATTIVO insole for added plushness and enhanced moisture absorption. The bootie constructed upper supports the foot well during aggressive movements, while the lightweight D-Skin upper overlays the soft sock liner for enhanced comfort and support. The EVA midsole provides lightweight cushioning, which adapts to the shape of your foot, while the arch region is reinforced to help with torsional stability. The Duratech 5000 rubber outsole offers good traction and durability on all court surfaces.

  • Upper: D-Skin sock constructed upper contours for glove-like fit, for enhanced comfort, support and breathability. The medial toe region is reinforced to protect the drag foot, when sliding on hardcourts.
  • Midsole: lightweight EVA foam with a reinforced arch support for enhanced lateral stability. Blushield Fly technology strategically placed under the ball of the foot for a responsive and springy feel. Removable DNATTIVO insole adds to the plush cushion, and increases moisture absorption.
  • Outsole: Duratech 5000 rubber compound in a herringbone pattern for optimal traction and durability on any court surface.
  • Color: White / Ocean

One of the best shoes out thereI have played with variety of shoes - Court FF2, Eclipsion 3, Lotto Raptor HyperPulse, KSwiss Ultrashot 2, KSwiss Hypercourt Express, Jet Mach 3, Solution Speed FF2 and Diadora BS Fly 3 and Fly. I will say this is one of the best shoes out there for comfort and stability. It's pretty fast too, but probably not as fast as some of the lightweight shoes. I was perfectly happy with it in the speed area as well. Durability is good. But I never wear shoes beyond a certain number of hours and never really get to test how truly durable the shoes are. However one minor gripe is sizing isn't consistent between versions. You will need to go up half a size in the Fly 4 to get the same fitting as the Fly 3.

Top comfort and playabilityRides a bit higher than other speedier shoes but these shoes provide a ton of comfort and are decently quick. Good sliding around the hardcourt. Really good support and stability. Kinda reminds me of the Nike Turbo GT's.

Great shoes5.0 player, used these for the past year: - More comfort and “floatiness”. Feels like the Nike GT turbo if you’ve tried that before. - Snug but still good for wide feet. I sized a half size down but these shoes run true to size - Not the lightest shoes but still maneuverable and can slide around on hard courts in these shoes. - Very good balance between comfort and movement. There are shoes out there that are quicker and lower riding (if that makes sense) but I prefer the increased comfort these days.

Wow - really smallI owned a pair of these for 2 years. Just bought a new pair of the same size but extremely tight. I'm a size 11 or 11.5 in every pair of shoes I ever bought. Probably a size 12.5 in these. Size way up if you buy them. Fortunately an easy return policy.

AwesomeThese are comfortable and very durable...I wear 12.5 and the toe box was really tight and felt small. The solution was to get .5 size up, but running behind and there is none (13) in stock. I took the super comfortable insole out replace with a thin insole and my problem was fixed. The shoe is still comfortable.

Close to perfect-Blushield Rocks!Blushield technology is PHENOMENAL, Comfort w/out adding unwarranted mass. Sock liner guarantees no tongue slippage discomfort, excellent predictable traction excels at changes in direction & engineered to react to your foot movement, upper breathes well, lace slots remove pressure. Achieves that elusive balance between locked in, yet supportive & comfortable. A welcome confluence of attributes My only recommendation - increase longevity of toe drag area by using slightly harder compound on toe drag area next version. These are his matchplay shoes. Seems the marketplace offers “comfort/stability” shoes which CAN err on the side of excess mass slowing sprints adding fatigue, or “speed/match day” shoes which subject you to increased injury risk/pounding. I’m unwilling to cause foot injuries to minimize mass, these fit in that area between the 2. Very well thought out details/touches throughout. Diadora are the best kept secret in tennis shoes. Obviously a lot of player input into design. Remove “Speed” from name, it implies discomfort. The AG (All ground) excels on hardcourt.

Runs extremely smallJust got them. They seem nice and cushiony but they were extremely small. I would try a whole size up.
