Comfort and support at a great value. Improved durability and style with this 4th edition.

Nike continues to offer a great option for recreational players seeking comfort and support, in the Nike Court Lite 4. This fourth update to the Court Lite not only looks great, a sportier look with a sleek profile, but also features better resistance to wear in the toe region and outsole. The upper feels plush and comfortable from the mesh panels combined with the synthetic overlays, while the EVA foam under the foot keeps you fresh for the long rallies. The high abrasion rubber outsole holds up well on a variety of surfaces, and gives the traction needed to run down the next shot.

  • Upper: Synthetic leather and mesh provide flexible, soft support; plush heel collar for comfort and locked-in feel
  • Midsole: Zoom Air unit in forefoot for a responsive, springy feel
  • Outsole: Zonal herringbone pattern for the perfect grip and durability on any court surface. Varying densities of tread for added durability where needed most.
  • Color: Black / White

For Casual Non-MoversBeing a semi-pro player, I bought this shoe not expecting a lot, but I was pleasantly surprised. The playability of the shoe is awesome and it held up until I wore down the outsole a bit too much. I'm a heavier man so I tear through shoes pretty fast, and this shoe isn't any different. 3 months of daily play and the outsole wore down much quicker than what I would have liked. With that though, they stuck through and offered plenty of traction until the end. Regarding the fit, I would say those with wider feet and tall arches should avoid these. It has a narrow fit, much like other Nike shoes. Overall, I give it 3 stars due to the low durability for heavy baseline play. I do believe these have a market with younger or more casual players.

Maybe for casual players, but be warned...I purchased these on discount at a local shop, figuring Nike could be trusted to come up with a solid athletic shoe. Overall, they did their job, but not in a way which makes me want to recommend them. I play anywhere from five to seven days a week, so I could tell the tread pattern wouldn't last very long and I was right. I got a few months out of them, and that was including when the tread was completely worn away at the toes. They looked good and kept me upright, which is what they're supposed to do. Unlike any other tennis shoe or sneaker I've used in recent years, these caused massive amounts of chafing at the heel. I don't know why it did that, other reviews mention how narrow they think these are, but I'm just making sure no one else is surprised by this discomfort while breaking them in. Again, maybe this kind of shoe is best left to casual players, wearing them once a week or month while at play. Maybe that will extend their life for you, but any heavy duty player might toss these after two months. They were fine, but I've worn better.

Great Shoe...These are great Nikes, they fit my feet perfectly... I can't remember the last time I had such a great fitting pair of Nikes.

Too NarrowPerhaps it's the shape of my foot, the vamp of this shoe is way too narrow for me. It looks real good though, it's a same that it won't fit me. Had to return it.

Comfortable but cheaply madeShoes feel really good, unfortunately my white front is turning blue after a week. It looks whatever material they used must been blue and the blue paint scrapes off to reveal. Someone else reviewed the same. Threading fraying and you can tell sole is wearing quicker than most. Really like the style, but shoe looks a year or two old within the first month.
