Explosive, comfortable, and durable. Unique outsole pattern balances grip and give for hard court sliders.

Even more explosive and supportive than before, the Wilson Rush Pro 4.0 is designed to meet the needs of aggressive movers. The key additions to this update are Energy Surge materials placed underneath the forefoot, and Wilson has added a new 4D support chassis to control those explosive movements. The Endofit upper maintains a high level of support and comfort, while also increasing breathability. The tried and true Duralast rubber compound provides maximum durability, and the tread pattern is designed to withstand forceful lateral cuts, while allowing hard courts sliders to decelerate under control. Backed by a six-month outsole durability guarantee.

  • Upper:  Endofit technology keeps feet comfortably stable and locked into the shoe. Engineered Mesh to help with ventilation and soft feel around the foot.
  • Midsole: R-DST+ combines responsive cushioning, TPU plate (Propulsion Plate) provides torsional stability, and adds forefoot energy rebound. Lateral Chassis maximizes lateral support, and stability.
  • Outsole: Duralast rubber outsole features a new formula of rubber hardness, to optimize grip/slide balance, and improve durability. Innovative tread pattern is designed for lateral control, and allows hard court sliders to decelerate with control. Backed by a six-month outsole durability guarantee.
  • Color: Black / White / Red

The 3.5's are better in my opinion.I have worn Wilson tennis shoes for the last few years but if the 4.0 version is any indication of the future, I will have to look into a different tennis shoe. These are terrible in my opinion. Every previous version of this shoe was snug, and the fit was perfect. But with this shoe, my foot slides all over the place and the durability is also not the same. I've almost worn through the toe within a month. I never experienced this with the previous versions. They are very comfortable and low to the ground, but sometimes you have to leave well enough just the way it is.

Get the 3.5Wilson has “fixed” the eyelet issue by adding some stitching. Not a very good fix. The eyelet system is still poor. As mentioned, very different fit and performance in comparison to the older models. I have used this line of shoe back to the 2.0. My fave is prolly the 3. The 3.5 is definitely similar but the 4 is a major departure from the previous models. As with their racquets, I feel as if Wilson just creates things and markets them with poor quality control. Hey, it’s business, and I don’t blame them on that level. But definitely pass on these shoes.

DONE WITH WILSONI've been wearing the Rush Pro for about 7 years starting with the 2.0, probably 10-15 pair. The 4.0 doesn't fit the same, narrow lace pattern & lacing system is awful.

they look good unfortunately they do not fitI have some Rush 4 Ace shoes and they fit OK but are a little bit loose in the mid-foot, so I was hoping the Rush Pro, which are listed as running a bit more narrow, would be perfect. But unfortunately they are way too narrow in the front toe-box and don't fit at all, so I had to return them. I have been overall happy enough with the rush 4 ace quality and use on the tennis court. These are the first Wilson I've tried, mostly because Nike got rid of the 'air' in the Vapor Tour that I've worn since probably 2002 and can't wear them now. The one thing the Wilson shoes need is the extra eye-let to be able to tie the shoes on a bit tighter toward the heel that the Nike and Asics have, that would make them 5-star. And a tiny bit less forward pitch would not be bad either.

Tennis shoes need eyeletsWhat was Wilson thinking? I own 9 pairs of Rush Pro mens shoes starting with the 3.0 and up to 4.0. My black ones were my first pair and had been retired to painting shoes. I was happy to see that they had a new black shoe and was shocked when I received them and saw that they did not have the usual strong eyelet configuration. My first immediate thought was that these "lace" eyelets would not hold up. I was right. The bottom loop on the right shoe was already broken (out of the box). What a HUGE mistake. Tennis shoes especially should have strong eyelets (hole in shoe material plus metal or other hard strong material as reinforcement. I hope that they change this so that I can order more shoes someday. Remember: if it ain't broke... *Note from TW: Wilson has since corrected this eyelet issue
