adidas' premium shoe for lightweight speed, the adizero Ubersonic 4.1 takes the key design features of the Ubersonic 4, and has significant improvements to increase the overall comfort, fit, and durability. Built off the same last as the Ubersonic 2, you will find a glove-like fit and contoured feel. Lightstrike material in the midsole provides loads of rebound and is softer and more responsive than previous versions. The lightweight Primeknit upper is sure to keep you completely comfortable and supported, while the lacing system has been improved for comfort on top of the foot, and the heel padding is even more plush than before. The drag protection on the medial side and around the toe-box has been reinforced for added durability. Adiwear rubber compound is formed into a modified herringbone pattern, for traction and durability on a variety of surfaces.
- Upper: Seamless Primeknit sock-like constructed upper maximizes flexibility and comfort while aiding in support with a second layer of woven Primegreen material for even more stability when changing directions. Adituff recycled (recycled boost compound) materials in high wear areas for durability.
- Midsole: Lightstrike cushioning provides step-in underfoot comfort and a responsive feel to keep you reacting quickly.

Comfortable, light, great stabilityThese are my go-to shoes for tennis. They have great stability for any type of movement and are comfortable and lightweight. Only issue is the soles are thin and they wear out quickly, but if adding durability sacrifices comfort I wouldn’t mind stocking up on these as they are.
Nice fit, good look but terrible durabilityLike many others have said the outsole on these is terrible. Practically unusable after about a month of regular play.
Good looking, not durableGreat fit and a good-looking shoe, but they lasted only one month (I play hard court three or four times a week). Maybe if you don’t play as much this might be a good fit for you.
Outsole durability terribleI love the fit and look of this shoe but the sole durability is awful. Barely lasts me a few weeks. adidas, give this shoe a more durable outsole and it's a winner.
Way too narrowThe previous 4.0 version had way more room in the toe box. I guess if you have narrow feet, then you will prefer the 4.1
4.1 update big improvementThis version was 20g lighter than the 2022 4.0 clay version - more padding on the tongue - unfortunately it stops before the lace tie-down area - the laces are thicker and the eyelets help improve the lockdown. The forefoot area seems to have slightly more padding?? Wear is not an issue for clay courts - but I suspect these won't last too long on a hard court.
