International

While we are a US-based company, international orders can be placed through the website. Online order email confirmations will be sent to your personal mail account within 24 hours.

Please note that international orders may be subject to restrictions that are not applied to US-based orders.

Payment Methods

Total Pickleball accepts payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa and Discover), PayPal, Venmo, wire transfer, Afterpay, and Western Union. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available on mobile devices. All orders are processed in USD currency. If a credit card is used for the purchase, the issuing credit card company will bill the charge in your local currency at the current exchange rate.

Pre-Authorization Verification

Some orders may be selected to undergo a pre-authorization verification before the order is processed and shipped. This is an extra security measure to protect you, the cardholder, from credit card fraud. If this step is required for your order, you will receive an email request within 24 hours of your order submission.

To complete this verification, a small charge (between $0.01 and $5.00) is placed on the credit card provided on your order. When you see this small charge on your bank account, contact us to verify the exact amount of the charge and unlock your order.

Once confirmed, the pre-authorization charge will be deducted from your order total.

Orders awaiting the verified pre-authorization amount will be held up to 5 days before being canceled. The authorization process is required for first-time payments, but subsequent orders using the same payment method are not subject to the authorization process.

Limitations

Restricted Products

Some brands we carry may not be shipped outside of the United States. These items will be noted on the product page.

Delivery Addresses

Total Pickleball reserves the right to prohibit the shipment of any order. If delivery to a hotel is requested, the customer assumes all liability for the package upon proof of delivery. A release of liability will be requested in the order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation. Abandoned packages are not eligible for retrieval or refund.

Returns

All products must be returned in the same condition they were received. Paddles must be unused with no scuff marks on the paddle face or the bumper guard. Clothing must be unworn and in the original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and in the original manufacturer's box. Any shipping, customs, duties, taxes, or other fees from your original order are non-refundable.

Any customs fees incurred by Total Pickleball will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges and customs fees that were assessed on the original order are non-refundable.

Shipping Options

Total Pickleball currently offers six shipping services. Priority Mail International, Priority Mail Express International, FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Priority, UPS Worldwide Express, and World Mail. The international shipping services offered for your order will be dependent on the items and shipping destination for your order.

To view international shipping rates and estimated delivery times for your specific items, place the items you would like to order in the shopping cart. In the "Calculate Shipping" box, select your country then click the arrow to view the available rates. This shipping quote does not include duties and import taxes imposed by your home country. Estimated delivery times do not include any customs delays.

Priority Mail International

Available for orders under $150 and under 10 lbs. Generally takes 2-4 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately, there is no tracking information available for this shipping option.

Priority Mail Express International

Available for orders with a value lower than $200 USD. Deliveries take 1-4 weeks. Priority Mail Express International offers a tracking system via the United States Postal Service website www.usps.com. The information offered is very limited. However, it does show when your package arrives in your locale, which is helpful for estimating delivery times.

Due to size restrictions enforced by Priority Mail Express International, your order may be split to adhere to their policy. In such cases, Total Pickleball reserves the right to charge for additional shipping costs.

Federal Express International Economy

Delivery is expected in 5-7 business with comprehensive tracking provided by FedEx. Only available for orders to Australia, New Zealand, and Brazil.

*FedEx Surcharge Information: An Extended Area Surcharge may apply to shipments to specific International destinations.

Federal Express International Priority

Delivery is expected in 2-5 business with comprehensive tracking provided by FedEx. Only available for orders to Australia, New Zealand, and Brazil.

UPS Worldwide Express

Delivery is expected in 1-3 business days with comprehensive tracking provided through UPS.

World Mail

Delivery is expected in 3-6 weeks. World Mail is a UPS International Mail service and is available for all orders weighing less than 2 pounds with a value lower than $75 USD. Packages are delivered via the local postal system in the destination country. Neither World Mail nor local delivery services provide tracking information.

Taxes, Duties & Fees

There are no U.S. taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties, and/or taxes. We strongly suggest that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase.

If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs and duty charges will be billed to you by Total Pickleball. Once a package enters your country, these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not.

Total Pickleball will not issue a credit or refund in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees, refusal or abandonment.

In an effort to protect the security of our customers, authorization information may be required for international purchases. The authorization process is required for first-time payments, but subsequent orders using the same payment method are not subject to the authorization process. Any and all requested information will be included in the confirmation email you will receive within 1 business day of completing your purchase. Total Pickleball reserves the right to prohibit shipment to any international or United States address that has a history of fraudulent orders or customs and delivery issues. If delivery to a hotel is requested, Total Pickleball will require the customer to assume all liability for the package upon proof of delivery. This will be requested in the order confirmation email. Total Pickleball will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation. Abandoned packages are not eligible for retrieval.
