No Questions Asked Paddle Returns: 30 Day Peace of Mind Policy

  • Total Pickleball offers a generous 30-day return policy for paddles ensuring complete peace of mind. Playtest your paddle for 30 days. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your paddle, you have the freedom to return it without questions, hassles, or additional costs. Please note that excessive used returns may affect future eligibility.

  • Prepaid return shipping labels are included with every order shipped within the contiguous United States.
  • Once your returned paddle is received, a refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed. Depending on your credit card or bank, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Sending back a gift? Use this Gift Return form and follow the noted instructions.
  • Please note that the return guarantees do not extend to used paddles or paddles that have undergone any form of personalization (such as name or weight customization), re-gripping, or alterations.

Total Pickleball wants you to take comfort in knowing that all items can be returned for a full refund within 90 days of the invoice date.

  • Products must be unused and in the condition they were received.
  • Prepaid return shipping labels are included with every order shipped within the contiguous United States.
  • Once your return is received, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow two business days for your return to be processed. Please note, depending on your credit card or bank, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.

  • All sales are final on the purchase of used paddles, including used Demos.
  • Any drop shipped item (shipped directly from manufacturer) must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original invoice date.
  • You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Tennis Warehouse. Please email info@totalpickleball.com with your return request.
  • Any restocking fees and return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.
  • Return shipping labels are not provided for drop shipped items.
  • Drop shipped items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • All new paddles come with a manufacturer warranty against defects:
    • Adidas - 1 year limited warranty
    • Babolat - 1 year limited warranty
    • CRBN - 1 year limited warranty. Must be original owner and register the paddle at crbnpickleball.com to activate warranty.
    • Diadem - 6 month limited warranty
    • Engage - Limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects; 5 year "no dead spot" guarantee. Customers must activate warranty within 30 days of purchase at Engagepickleball.com
    • Franklin - 90 days limited warranty
    • Gamma - 1 year limited warranty
    • Gearbox - 1 year limited warranty
    • Head - 1 year limited warranty
    • JOOLA - 6-month limited warranty for defects, missing parts and worksmanship. Must be original owner and register at JOOLAUSA.com within 14 days of purchase to activate.
    • OneShot - Limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects; 6 months for handle breakage. Customers must activate warranty within 15 days of purchase at OneShotpickleball.com
    • Onix - 1 year limited warranty
    • Paddletek - Limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Customers must activate warranty within 14 days of purchase at Paddletek.com
    • PBPRO - 3 month limited warranty
    • ProKennex - 1 year limited warranty
    • PROLITE - 1 year limited warranty
    • Selkirk - Limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Customers must activate warranty at Selkirk.com
    • Volair - 90 days limited warranty
    • Vulcan - 1 year limited warranty
    • Wilson - 1 year limited warranty
  • Defective replacements are at the discretion of the manufacturer.
  • Total Pickleball may replace the paddle immediately if we believe it meets the manufacturer's definition of "defective".
  • Paddles sent to the manufacturer for evaluation are subject to a 6 week turn-around time.
  • Not covered under manufacturer warranty policies: fading of the graphics, damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, user modification, or the natural breakdown from extended use.
  • If the paddle does not meet the manufacturer's warranty policy, it will be returned to you along with an explanation.
  • If the paddle model is no longer available, you will be contacted to choose an alternate paddle model.

  • Product description must state shoe has an outsole durability guarantee.
  • Return qualifying shoes to Total Pickleball for replacement.
  • Sole warranties are a one-time replacement.
  • In the event the purchased shoe is no longer available, a shoe of equal or greater value within the same brand will be substituted. (These shoes will not come with an outsole warranty.)
  • Warranty only covers the rubber outsole of the shoe. Damage to the toe-guard, or upper of the shoe does not qualify for the warranty replacement.
  • Shoe must be completely worn past the outsole and into the midsole or insole of the shoe.
  • Warranty is void if the shoe is abused or mishandled.

Unfortunately, shoes not accompanied by the original receipt are not eligible for replacement. We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments, please retain your return tracking # for your reference. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Barricades will be shipped via UPS Ground service.
